On-Air Weekdays 9:00am - 2:00pm

There's no better way to spend your workday than listening to some of the greatest music ever recorded and I hope you make it a habit to tune in at work (or wherever you happen to be) every weekday from noon to one for My Lunch on Demand. If you're a My Club member, I give you 3000 bonus points for your account at around 12:15 with the the daily "My Lunch Munch".  You can also win a $25 gift certificate from Brew City Grill in Mequon, sponsor of My Lunch On Demand. Call me or e-mail me your lunchtime requests.

A few things I'm not too embarrassed to tell you about myself....

Family: Wife-Jo   Daughter-Hannah(18)   Son-Dylan(14)   Cat-Callie   Dog-Mickey (May he rest in peace)

Previous Radio Jobs: Can't compare to this one!  But seriously folks....Worked in LaCrosse, Watertown and Madison.

Likes: My wife's homemade pizza, fishing, Badger football (season tickets), Packer football (no tickets), beer, music (played saxophone in a blues-rock band for over 20 years), my kids' athletic events, astronomy, beer, and talking to you on the radio. (They didn't make me say that....honestly!)

Dislikes: None of the above!

Favorite movie: Dumb and Dumber (OK, now I AM embarrassed)

One weird thing about me that nobody knows (until now): With so many to choose from it's difficult to narrow it down to one, but......I love pickled herring in my potato salad. So sue me!

While the Harley celebration is the "only game in town" this weekend, next weekend the lakefront becomes the home of Milwaukee's Indian Summer Festival, September 5th thru the 7th. Click the photo or CLICK HERE for more information.

Here at My95-7 we celebrate every weekday on My Lunch on Demand by giving you the opportunity to win a $25 gift certificate from our sponsor, Brew City Grill in Mequon! On the show today, Cheryl from Milwaukee was the winner of the gift certificate when she was the first to tell me that the late Pat Morita, who was Arnold of Arnold's Drive In on "Happy Days" and who passed away in 2005 (he would have been 76 today) won Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for his portrayal of Mr. Miyagi in the 1984 movie "The Karate Kid". Congrats to Cheryl!!

Listen again tomorrow, when I'll have another question for you to answer to win a $25 Brew City Grill gift certificate.

The smell of the leather...the roar of the pipes!

Thousands of Harley enthusiasts will be enjoying all that The Brew City and the Milwaukee area have to offer for the next few days. Not only are they spending their hard-earned money in our communities, but they're also raising millions of dollars for the Muscular Dystropy Association. We welcome them all to our great city and hope they have a great "105th Anniversary Celebration" and a safe ride!

Guess who's birthday it is today?

Paul Reubens, aka Pee Wee Herman is 56 today. I mention it because there's a classic scene in his movie "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" where he does his dance on the bar at a biker hangout to the music of "Tequila" by The Champs.

In honor of Harley Davidson's 105th Anniversary Celebration, I played that song on today's My Lunch on Demand between noon and one. I wanted you to be caller #10 when you heard the song and Wayne of Brown Deer was that caller and won a $25 gift certificate from our lunch sponsor, Brew City Grill in Mequon. Congrats to Wayne!

Check this blog tomorrow to find out how you can win one of those certificates.
