My Story
Hi – Thanks for checking out my page!

A little about myself.  I was born in Kassel, Germany, the youngest of five children – yep the baby!   My dad was in the United States Army.  I fully support our Men and Women serving in the Armed Forces and thank them daily!

Fast forward to my decision to get into the radio industry.  I had been working for National Bank of Detroit for several years and realized I was kinda bored…..hmmm, I thought, what would I like to do with myself??.....Radio!  I went to Radio Broadcast School, about a year later I quit my cushy job at the bank and moved to Mt Pleasant, MI to start my career in radio and never regretted a single move.  Eventually I left Mt. Pleasant and headed West to Grand Rapids then to Southwest MI, on to Madison, WI and landed here in Milwaukee – thank God!

I’m so excited to be a part of Milwaukee’s 95-7, I grew up with a lot of this music and enjoy the memories it brings back.  I’m looking forward to being
out and about with the station and meeting you.

Forgive and Forget
Wednesday 08-27-2008 4:39pm CT
Today is Global Forgiveness Day.

Forgiveness Day is a time to forgive and to be forgiven. It must be a pretty good thing, because there are two groups that lay claim to a Forgiveness Day in the month of August. Both are world or international events. There's enough trouble and strife in the world don't you think!

You still have time to vote in the My Pride and Joy contest Round 2.  Round 3 starts this weekend.

Enjoy your day.

Bronchitis...
Monday 08-25-2008 11:57am CT
As you know I haven't been feeling well for the last - oh two weeks or so.  My boyfriend Chuck mentioned several times I probably had bronchitis - I kept saying "NO I DON'T THINK SO"!  Finally went to the doc and he said "Michele you have bronchitis"!  Yikes!!  So now I'm on meds and he prescribed some really kick #&*cough syrup!  I will be good as new in the next few days.

So how was your weekend?

Oh what a beautiful baby!

That baby picture of me is, I think, one of two that were taken, by the time I came along (number five) my mom and dad were tired of taking pictures!

Be sure to check out the "finalists" in My 95-7's "My Pride and Joy" contest going on - those baby pictures will be posted on Monday August 25th.

Speaking of pictures - check out the Cute Beaglemania pictures from the Adopt-a-thon that went on this past Wednesday!
